The Instawork team attended an annual tradeshow conference called Catersource where the staff connected with Matthew Baker, owner of Feast on This Catering, an active customer who relies on Instawork staffing for events business. Baker had a really unique journey that the brand wanted to share more broadly.

The client was looking to clip a larger interview into small, digestible clips optimized for LinkedIn engagement, each covering slightly different topics, but all existing within a larger content series called “Talking Shift.” The client required all videos to feel informal and friendly, while encompassing the Instawork brand.
